Many of my friends have questioned me why i didn't update my blog for so long. Hmm... well it had been more than 3 months since my last update isn't it? I had taken a long break from blogging....writers block! It had been a turbulent roller-coaster past 3 months for me and i wasn't really in the mood to write especially since i cannot write anything positive at all.

As inspired by one of Clarence's recent blog entry, i have decided to come out with a
similar one! I am really thankful for the group of friends that i have in Engine. Yeah, you guys know who u are! Really enjoyed hanging out with you guys, you ppl make my life in Engine run like some comedy drama! If we are not bitching about some academic related shit, we are joking or laughing over other stuff.... like we how we love squeezing black heads!!!!! >.<

So heres a little tribute to each of you ppl...

Ahhhhh..... Those famous initials. I must certainly say you are the life of our group. If we are all planets in the solar system, then you must be the sun. Always the centre of our jokes and teases! Always able to take it so well... always the cheerful dude with the distinctive, trademark chuckle. You are also a very good listener.... always willing to listen. Sorry to put u at the wrong side of my temper once in a while, appreciate your patience.... A very sincere, good natured dude.

This guy spares a thought for EVERYBODY but HIMSELF. Always very helpful, earnest and sincere. Very hardworking too!!! You gave me the impression that you always do the dirty work yet not even complain!!! He is very sweet to his gf too!!! Someone who will always walk that extra mile.... for everybody....

I can say 151 is the most fucked up bus in the whole universe and i look at this guy and i can immediately know that he understands every single word that i say!!!! LOL. Always very funny, the "kai xin guo"!!!! Whenever you are in a foul mood, it will jus disappear when u see him. He has this aura of happiness around him that somehow will just lift our moods. Only got to know her better recently. This girl seemed aloof at first but actually turned out to be rather crappy, lame and often full of shit! YEs, so Sorry for screaming at you during 2001 when i lost my temper ok??? Don't niam abt it liao.. haha.... You are also a very good listener with very rational advice. Someone whom you can share your thoughts with knowing that she will keep them like a swiss vault. Rock music rulez...!

I think you are probably the one who is the most sensitive in the group. Sensitive not in the bad sense but rather, someone who seemed to know and understand your feelings and moods. Calm and collected. My impression of u back in BMT and now in NUS is totally different! This guy looks mafia... even gothic when he lack of sleep, but actually he is a very even tempered person. You are totally amazing, not bulking to stress, unpeasant situations or anything! He is also someone who is very thoughtful of others.

The misunderstood. Actually i do feel bad. I think he is a nice person at heart, just blunt and often misunderstood. He is actually a very helpful person... He might not click well with us but lets give him a 2nd chance shall we?

Downtown east

Chalet at downtown east this weekend with sormui and her family. 100% fun with BBQ, some pool, x-box, mahjong, theme-park. HAhaha...! Even had a potrait of us done on a potrait machine. Supposedly by Leonardo ;)

BBQ was super fun although we really took quite awhile to get the fire started. Dear's dad helped out with a rather unsual idea of putting charcoal on the wire mesh, then put another layer of wire mesh above. According to him, thats for air circulation. The result? We had the fire up in 5 mins, and a little oven like compartment for the corns and sweet potatoes... I am gonna do tat next time too man! There was alot of food. Even with about 12 of us, we still have problem finishing all the food...

The next day, we went to Escape Theme Park. Well, its included in the chalet package... And the best thing of all, all the rides are included too. So we tried some rides here and there and basically jus have an afternoon of fun. Only managed to take 1 photo on top of the ferris wheel. ( can't be taking photos on the vikings or other rides... )


Simple weekend get-aways like these can bring an unexpected amount of fun... haha... At least with activities like these, it will make work during the week less sianz...

Oh no.. its monday tomorrow... sigh.. the blues man ... the blueeessss
