Inconsiderate, ungracious lot!

A bunch of indians foreign students were playing cricket at the tennis court downstairs. Cricket seemed to be a favourite national sport for them. Ok they were rather noisy, but i guess its bearable once the windows are closed. Watching them play was quite entertaining.......

Later that night, Rayner, Chaojin and I went downstairs to the exercise corner beside the tennis court to do some stretching exercise. We were horrified by the mess left behind. Packets of lunch boxes were everywhere. There were more inside the tennis court where the indians used to be playing cricket. Damn inconsiderate, uncivilised bastards!!!! Don't they know to clear their trash? There were packets of food everywhere. In the tennis court, on the sit-up bench, stretching area at the exercise corner. Chaojin, being a fitness freak who uses the area frequently, was cleaning up after them. Thats really fucked up uncivilised barbaric behaviour of them!!!! ccb!

Ministry of Sound

When to Ministry of Sound last Friday..... Funny how Boon reacted when we tried ask him to join us as well.

Philo: eh boon... go MOS this Friday leh .....
Boon: Eh... why not we go chomp chomp instead. The burgers there small leh....
Philo: -_-"

I think we Singaporeans used way too many acronyms.

Joey joined me and my secondary school friends for the bash...... Here is a pic of us in my hostel room, all set and ready to go. Girls dressing up, putting on makeup and stuff typically takes at least an hour (usually more...). Guys in the meantime can occupy their time styling their hair or watching tv....
The queue to MOS was long, but the wait was not. We waiting for about half an hour before we finally got inside. My malicious side of me was half hoping that it would rain so that the remaining people outside would just go home and not crowd the place too much.

We were greeting by optic fibres hanging from the ceiling that changes colour every few seconds. It looks very nice, making the place look rather posh.

The dance floor.... It was so damn crowded. Obviously it wasn't raining outside. By 12am, the whole dance floor was so crowded, people were dancing ass to ass literally.
Our cover charge includes 2 drinks. For that night Girls was $12 while the Guys $16 i think.... So it wasn't too expensive. Maybe the club is new and they would be raising prices next time. I had a tequila shot and a volka lime. Joey had 2 volka limes.... The first volka lime taste like water. So diluted. Stupid noobish bartender.... :P The 2nd one was pretty strong. The bartender spilled half the glass of my volka lime. He then top up the rest with well... even more volka. So i guess i had lots more volka in my 2nd glass then anybody else that night....

By 1.30am it got so crowded that we decided to leave. Moving from one point to the other in the club involves pushing around and drinks spilling onto each other while the crowd tried to jostle, push and dance from one place to another. Definitely more crowded than New Years Count down minus those stupid foreign workers.....

Rainy days

It had been raining for 2 whole days now and the news reports just mentioned that this will continue for the next 3 days. I enjoyed the cool weather but not the wet conditions.

Moved my stuff into PGP today and did the rest of the cleaning. Joey and mum helped out in most of the cleaning :P as i totally sucked with the broom and dust pan. Might be staying over on thursday, see how it goes.

Got to know two more people in my cluster. Both of them SEP students. One of them is from Hong Kong and the other, from his accent and all, i think he is a canadian chinese but i am not too sure. Its a pretty wierd scenario how i got to talking with the Hong Kong guy. He was cooking his lunch ( instant noodles with some yong tau fu stuff) and i was in the kitchen to wash my hands. We did some introduction and stuff and found out that he is currently in 3rd year studying computer engineering and this is his 2nd semester here now. So its pretty weird that we only met 1 semester later O.0 We started chatting until we were interrupted when whatever he was cooking sorta overheat and the soup started foaming out. He said "Oh shit.... how how???" and clumsily tried to wipe off the mess and stop the foaming. Then he asked mi "Can you cook?" and i said no....
haha..... and he gave me the helpless look that seriously made me laugh.

Happy New Year 2006!

Happy New Year!!!! Its another year of not counting down to the new year for me. The new year's crowd is not for me, though i am very tempted to go to a party on new years eve, may it be Zouk or Club MoMo. But i couldn't find company!!! Shucks.... so in the end i ended up in my friend's place, boon playing winning eleven and doing a solemn count down. Geeez~ !
Serious urge to chiong.... I NEED TO CHIONG!!!! argh........ haha i think i am suffering from alcohol and party withdrawal symdromes.
Oh.. speaking of new years, its not just about counting down, parties and all that stuff. There are also reflections as well as new year resolutions. Enough of the "my new yr resolution is not to have a new yr resolution" Thats a pretty lame statement. My new years resolution for 2006?

Anger Management!!!!

Guess i will need to control my temper more as well as be more patient. Stop being easily irritable and please stop snapping at people around you when you are pissed.

Working towards a calmer, more patient as well as a more even tempered alex....
