Back!!!

Back home at last! Rotaract FOC 2005 ~~~ FEEL... has been surprisingly fun. Haha.... i think that we had more fun than the participants themselves. Despite the initial fustrations and draggy planning process, in the end it all turns out well. Better than expected.... haa!

Was rather surprised with the turn out. It was surprisingly good. The group size was not too large and not too small. It was just nice.

On the first day we had beach games at desaru followed by a nights stay at the resort there. It was heavily infested with mosquitoes!!!! I was bitten upside down, inside out. Even now i still feel itchy on certain parts of my body. Sigh.....

The 2nd day was spent at Cheshire home Johor. Was rather impressed since the home looked very new. But Junie mentioned that we shouldn't only let our sympaties flow and be helpful only when we see the home looking rundown and poor. This shld be the bare minimum any human being deserves. Well, that made mi actually feel quite ashamed of thinking that they looked rich why still need help???? Well... welfare homes always need help because they are not recieving any financial help or backing from the government or any organisation and must source for funds on their own. The reason why Cheshire looked quite rich ( have own ambulance and physio gym) is because they sells handicrafts, and for the one at Johor, they build a dorm and rent it out to travellers for revenue. They make good use of their funds to make more funds. Business minded right? Yep. I think its good in a way that they are rather self sufficient. But they are still need alot of help in terms of manpower and money. Cause they are not so well known or publicised as NKF :P

I must say that after 1 year, i am still not used to interacting with the residents there. Some of them are mentally disabled and they are so wierd that i am rather uncomfortable at times with them. But they are pretty harmless and they do appreciate our company. Sometimes, they jus want someone to talk to and listen. Just so little from us means so much to them. Touched................. This camp has also made mi realised that some people really have a heart of gold and can so sincerely and lovingly interact and go all out to make the residents happyl. They feed them and take them out for walks early in the morning. Wow.... saints....!!! I really admire them :)

Ugly Singaporeans

yeah i guess this term is familar with most of us. Sometimes, i am really ashamed to be a Singaporean. We are pampered, we are rude, we are kiasu and kiasee.

Take for exam on the mrt train during the morning rush hour. People start rushing in before u can even get out. I mean....... obviously u must let ppl who wants to come out come out first before u can have space to move in?!?!?! Fucking logical common sense???
Common scene:
People who are rushing to go work are desperately trying to get out of the crowded train....
People who are afraid of not getting into the train or rushing to place their fat asses on tiny seats pushing and shoving their way in....
Tempers flare.....
People inside get pissed... they can't get out they gonna be late.
People trying to get in are pissed. They cannot understand why the train has a lack of space and how come people aren't moving in.....
Scene gets ugly......

Got a temp job recently. (finally)
I am an usherer for some bank that recently shifted. Since the premises is new, people are unfamilar with where to go for their various banking activities and so we are hired to guide them.

Unfortunately, this job also let me see the ugliest human behaviour.... SINGAPOREANS ARE BLOODY FUCKING IMPATIENT!!!!!! THEY ARE ALSO FUCKING RUDE.
They kept asking,"eh ..eh ... must queue ah ??? why must queue. Wah must wait so long.. can dun queue not...."
All the time i felt like telling them: "wake up yur idea la. You think what. You big fuck isit???Everybody also must queue. Why u cannot do the same? Yur ass more valuable is it??"

Pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of them sees five, yes only five people before her, then start asking mi how come queue so long. Can jus directly go see the banker not. Wah .... u no appointment leh, what u want mi to do. Help u cut queue is it??? Then i told her, yah now abit crowded cause got promotions. So must wait. No choice have to queue. They she sulked as if i owed her money.
Sigh..... its simply pathetic.... Some ppl they are just borned assholes.....

Just got Fucked by a customer today. Well he came in. Saying he wanted to checkup his account balance and withdraw some money. He din even say he wanted to open an acc. lo. So i showed him to the counters at the back. But the counters at the back has a rather longer queue, so he wasn't too happy. I can tell from his face. Anyway he joined the queue. After 15 mins he came back and said: "HELLO. U idiot. U din tell mi here can open acc. Now i wasted 15mins. U just assumed that i only wanted to withdraw money and showed mi to the back right. U are suppose to direct people and u din even know yur job well."

Well i was quite stunned. So i turned and smiled: But u wanted to withdraw money right? its at the back. If u want to open an acc u are suppose to queue up here.

He raised his voice in an agitated manner and said i din say so... he was supposedly in the first in queue then i ask him to go to the back la...

ARRGH...... LIAR. U were not even in queue lo....

He was making a scene in the lobby scolding mi and yelling at me while everybody looked on. Damn paiseh man. He dun want face i want leh ....
All the time i jus smiled and apologised while he scolded and scolded. Pathetic. I almost wanted to explode. Fortunately, he gave up and walked straight to the counter to complain. Complain la... as thou i fucking care. What an asshole. I think he just don't want to wait. So purosely make a scene so that he can be first. He got that proud arrogant bastard look.

Thank GOD i din explode. I can't imagine the consequences..... He thinks he is the only one with a temper. Well... all i can say is that he hasn't seen mine yet.
Well i do remembered his face thou..... Should i see him next time.............................................

Sometimes i do wonder... They say the level of service in Singapore is not good. I wonder do Singaporeans truly deserve good service??? Are they asking too much and taking it for granted?
Service personnels have pride too man. Don't push too far..... U might end up actually making a fool out of yourself.

New phone!

Just got my nokia 3230. So happy :D !!!~

Signed a Singtel 2 yr plan for it. The one with the free incoming call and no sms one. Got one pt to note. This phone is COMPLICATED. Works like a mini-computer. Well its suppose to be a smart phone. GUess that i am a little suar khoo....

Overall very satisfied with my latest toy. Heh heh .... i love gadgets....

Will upload the pics that i took with this phone. Meanwhile, i am just too bloody lazy to install this program that allows mi to upload pics. Damn ...
